Oni
Oni is a personal journaling agent: asynchronous, memory-aware conversation for life tracking. You message it like a friend (Twilio: SMS, WhatsApp). It interprets what you send, selects what deserves long-lived memory, stores structured narrative (not raw dumps), and comes back when follow-ups are useful.
The differentiator is re-engage: tracking narrative arcs and open loops (job stress, relationships, habits) with timing and tone that feel human, not robotic check-ins.
Features
- Contextual memory: remembers what mattered across sessions; not everything is stored equally.
- Twilio integration: journal where you already live: SMS and WhatsApp.
- Follow-ups: context-aware prompts that reference specifics (“how did that conversation go?”) rather than generic nags.
For the full product loop (capture → interpret → select → store → re-engage) and design constraints, see the blog write-up.
